1. Program Description

RoofLead provides an AI-powered SMS lead qualification service for roofing companies. When a homeowner submits a lead inquiry form on a participating roofing company's website, RoofLead sends automated SMS messages to qualify the lead on behalf of that business. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on lead form submissions, typically 3-6 messages per lead conversation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using RoofLead, either as a business account holder or as a homeowner who submits a lead form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. SMS Opt-In and Consent

Homeowners consent to receive SMS messages by submitting a lead form that displays the following opt-in language: "By submitting, you agree to receive SMS messages from this business. Reply STOP to opt out." This consent is specific to lead qualification messages from the roofing business whose form was submitted. No additional marketing messages will be sent without separate consent.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact jaime@roofleadapp.com.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. RoofLead does not charge homeowners for SMS messages. Contact your carrier for information about your messaging plan.

6. Business Account Terms

Business accounts are billed monthly at the applicable subscription rate. A valid payment card is required to activate the 14-day free trial for new accounts. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

Business account holders agree not to use RoofLead to send spam, harass individuals, violate applicable laws, or misrepresent their business. RoofLead reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. TCPA Compliance

RoofLead is designed to support TCPA compliance by collecting explicit opt-in consent on every lead form. Business account holders are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

9. Limitation of Liability

RoofLead is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Business account holders will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
